Do I need an appointment?

Yes. You have to have an appointment to be seen for all services.

How do I make an appointment?

All appointments are made on the website under our safe and secure appointment scheduling tab.

Yes. After making your appointment online. You will receive a welcome email from ZuriRx with all the treatment informed consents, intake forms and any other forms to be signed.

Can I use my health insurance card for services?

No. We do not accept insurance. We only accept cash, debit and credit card payment. Cash app & paypal are acceptable forms of payment too.

Can my 15 year old son receive an IV too while I am getting mine?

No. Our weight loss and IV services are strictly for adults 18 years of age and above.
